Our Arabica Raja Komodo comes from the Bajawa region on the island of Flores, one of the eastern islands of Indonesia and it is grown by small producers at an altitude from 1,300 to 1,800 meters. It has a good body, low acidity with notes of chocolate, caramel and natural vanilla and it’s suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
